Welcome to the Coffee Lab Stories website (the “Website”) hosted by Coffee Lab Stories AB. (hereafter also referred to as “we” and “us” or CLS). Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of and access to the Website. By accessing, using, subscribing, purchasing or downloading any materials or content from the Website, you agree to follow and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”). If you do not agree with the Terms & Conditions, you may not use the Website.
Coffee Lab Stories AB (Corp. No. 559273-1409) sells goods via the internet to individuals and companies all over the world as well as within the EU, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal, with a valid personal or organization number. To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you need to have received consent for your purchase from your guardian. For card purchases where the customer is less responsible for the power of attorney for the card. The products we sell have an English packaging with English instructions and an English table of contents.

Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and agree that names and personal or organization numbers are registered in our customer register. Purchase agreements are only made when we have confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation to the email address you specified. We reserve the right to correct orders if delivery for any reason can not be made, and if you have made several orders, we reserve the right to merge your orders and deliver them in one package.
Prices and offers are subject to change. It is always the price that is on the site that applies. There may be promotions for first-time customers, promotional offers, holiday offers and collaboration promotions.
Prices and product images
Prices are stated in Swedish (SEK), Norwegian (NOK), Danish (DKK) kroner including VAT or Euro (€) You choose which currency you want to pay with. Any shipping cost will be added, depending on which shipping option you choose when ordering.
The Subscription Contract Between You And Us.
If you want to receive recurring delivery of a product automatically, you can choose to start a subscription. Delivery takes place “every month”. You will receive the product delivered within a few days from the ordered date and then the same date each period until you choose to end the subscription. You can unsubscribe whenever you want free of charge. This must be done no later than 20 days before your next regular delivery date.
When you start your subscription, you pay via Stripe. Upcoming subscription orders are sent automatically at the desired interval and paid for with Stripe.The price of the products you subscribe to may change during the subscription period. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. The price you pay as a subscriber is the price the product has on the site on the day the delivery notice is sent to your e-mail. If you as a subscriber at any time do not want to pay the new price, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
When you have an ongoing subscription, you change, pause or end the subscription by emailing email@example.com. Enter your customer number or order number and what you want to change; number of products, type of product, subscription period, etc. All changes, breaks or closures must be made no later than 20 days before your regular delivery date. If you notify us too late and still want to regret, you always have the right to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Some sales made through the Website are covered by our return policy. Your complete satisfaction is our highest priority.If you are not 100% satisfied with your first time order, we are happy to accept return of packages within 14 days after the delivery date and issue a full refund. As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins to apply the day after the consumer receives the product. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the withdrawal period is extended so that it also applies to the next working day.
Upon return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We need the following information:
1) order number (found in your order confirmation)
2) your name and your contact details
3) number and name of desired products are returned
Coffee Lab Stories AB must confirm that the return is allowed and that the withdrawal period has not passed before the goods are returned. The customer is responsible for the return cost and is responsible for the product until it has reached us. Please note that returns cannot be sent in cash upon delivery. We only accept returns on the products purchased through coffeelabstories.com.

If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you must of course complain about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us. In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations. You can also proceed with your complaint on the EU’s common dispute resolution page, which can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
We ship via multiple shipping methods, depending on the recipients location. One of the following services: Bring, DHL, UPS.
The following issues with orders may result in delayed shipping:
Incorrect shipping address
Shipping address does not match billing address
Payment delay or issue
Carrier failure to deliver (e.g. severe weather conditions)
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with delivery and tracking information.
Free shipping orders are sent with tracked postal service, which can not be tracked further after delivery. These orders are also uninsured.
Due to COVID orders may take longer to arrive, therefore we ask for your patience.
IF YOU’RE NOT HOME
It’s up to the driver’s discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or to leave it with. If the driver believes it’s best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned “undeliverable,” you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.
The product images on the website do not guarantee that the exact appearance and nature of the product is reproduced. We reserve the right to make any errors in the product information and reserve the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.
CLS reserves the right to make errors in price and product information or otherwise on the website. In the event of any errors, CLS reserves the right to correct this afterwards. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, final sales, stock differences, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and any typographical errors on our site or in our advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.
